On 28 December 1987 at Bangalore, Muhammad Kazim Ali Khan (then Heir Apparent, or Nawabzada), married Nawab Firda uz-Zamani Yaseen Sultan Jahan Begum Sahiba (27 March 1968-), the younger daughter of Meherban Nawab Abdul Rashid Khan Sahib Bahadur, the Nawab of Savanur.
In the past, stalwarts like Nawabzada Nasrullah Khan, Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar Khan and Ch.
Its most prominent feature is the "Shergarh Fort", where the Nawab resided and where the present chief of Tanolis and son of the last Nawab, Nawabzada Salahuddin Saeed Khan lives part of the year.
