Neil Street OAM (15 January 1931 – 6 October 2011) was an international motorcycle speedway rider, manager and engineer, who first came to Britain in 1952 to ride for the Exeter Falcons.

Until Jason's final Speedway Grand Prix season in 2012, Crumpy was the senior member of his son's support team, and is a highly regarded engine tuner like his father in law (and long time Team Manager of the Australian Speedway Team), the late Neil Street (1931-2011).
Toowoomba City is situated at the intersection of the New England Highway and Warrego Highway, and contains Toowoomba railway station (the terminus of the Westlander service) and the city's bus interchange on Neil Street, from which various buses depart for the suburbs.Toowoomba also has a taxi facility available.
