Eggar was born in Nowshehra, India, the son of John Norman Eggar and his wife Emily Garret.
Khaleqdaad made his representative debut for Afghanistan against Nowshehra on 15 October 2001 in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy (Grade II).
He was conferred by Maharaja Ranjit Singh the title of Raja for his conquests of Haripur, Nowshehra and Peshawar.
He led his soldiers from front and in January–February 1948 repulsed a fierce attack on Nowshera and Jhangar, two highly strategic locations in Jammu and Kashmir.
Ghari Momin is a small village, which is connected through Akbarpura town, located in Nowshehra, Rajouri district with G T Road at Taru Railway junction.
