Martlet House (formerly Seagram House) is a Scottish baronial style building on Peel Street in Downtown Montreal, Quebec.
It is named after Robert Peel, the two-time British Prime Minister.
The chain began its expansion in 1978, opening other branches in Montreal (on Laurier Avenue, Saint Denis Street, Park Avenue, and Peel Street).

He continued supporting music as a director of Les Concerts Symphoniques (known today as the Montreal Symphony Orchestra) and a supporter of the Montreal Little Symphony until his death in 1946 at his home at 3511 Peel Street in Montreal.
