Perth railway station

Buses are also provided at Roe Street Bus Station for transfers with Perth Train Station.

Wellington Street, Perth

The area of the street facing the Perth railway station to the north, Forrest Place to the south, and bound by Barrack Street to the east, and William Street to the west, was effectively the transport hub of Perth from the 1880s when the first railway station was built, until the 1960s when public transport and private car usage changed significantly in Perth.

In the suburb of Perth, Wellington Street is adjacent to a number of notable buildings and landmarks, including Royal Perth Hospital, Forrest Chase shopping centre, Perth railway station, Wellington Street bus station, and Perth Arena, before reaching the Mitchell Freeway.

The main transport facilities on the street have included the Wellington Street bus station and the Perth railway station.

Burswood railway station

Two services of the Armadale Line stop at Burswood station: all stations and T. All stations trains run locally from Perth towards Armadale, whilst T-pattern trains run locally from Perth station to Thornlie, skipping Beckenham station and splitting from the rest of the Armadale Line at Cannington.

Cockburn Central railway station

Platform 1 is used by trains bound for Perth underground station (these trains generally continue onto the Joondalup Line) whilst platform 2 is used by trains heading south towards Mandurah.

Perth Central Area Transit

The Yellow CAT runs between East Perth, Perth and West Perth areas along Wellington Street, including Wellington Street Bus Station, Perth Train Station and Claisebrook Train Station.
