Later works include the Virgin of the Rose in the church of St. Anne in Seville, showing Italian influences such as Pinturicchio and Raphael, as well as Lombard masters, and the The Virgin of the Navigators in the Alcázar of Seville.
The frescos which he painted in the Cybo Chapel, built by Cardinal Lorenzo Cybo de Mari in the beginning of the 16th century, were destroyed in 1682, when the chapel was rebuilt by Cardinal Alderano Cybo.
The most famous depictions of Bernardino are found in the cycle of frescoes of his life, which were executed towards the end of the fifteenth century by Pinturicchio in the Bufalini Chapel of Santa Maria in Aracoeli, Rome.
The artists represented in the collection include Jacopo Sansovino, Pinturicchio, Giorgio Vasari, Lavinia Fontana, Angelica Kauffmann, Ammi Phillips, John Singleton Copley, George Inness, Paul Cezanne, Oskar Kokoschka, Willem deKooning, Jackson Pollock, Lee Krasner, Andy Warhol, and Sol LeWitt.
Crowe and Cavalcaselle also claim for Bertucci an Adoration of the Magi in the Berlin Gallery, there ascribed to Pinturicchio, and a Glorification of the Virgin in the National Gallery, given in the catalogue to Lo Spagna, who was a pupil of Perugino.
Other rooms contain a Maestà from the late thirteenth century, altar decorations by Memmo di Filippuccio, a "Madonna and Child" by Vincenzo Tamagni (1528), several Gothic altarpieces (including one showing scenes from the life of Saint Gimignano), a "Madonna with Saints Gregory and Benedict" by Pinturicchio, and two medieval crucifixes of the Florentine school.
