In 1856, Richard Redgrave of the Department of Science and Art designed an ornate pillar box for use in London and other large cities.
She currently works as a public space co-ordinator at BBC Birmingham in the city's Mailbox complex, a freelance media trainer and as a management consultant for Caret Ltd.
