Chase the Dragon

Overseen by the Kansas producer Jeff Glixman, Chase the Dragon was the first recorded appearance by the new keyboard player Mark Stanway, although he had made his live debut at Magnum's appearance at the Reading Festival in 1980.

For All the Cows

A live version of the song, performed at the Reading Festival (26 August 1995) appears on the Big Me single, the bonus disc of the Australian edition of Foo Fighters, For All the Cows single and I'll Stick Around single.

Shades of Deep Purple Tour

In previous years this festival was held in Richmond, and it would later be moved to Plumpton for several years before transforming into the famous Reading Festival.

Highlights include the band's performance at the 1991 Reading Festival and a brief interview with the late John Peel, and the band's 1992 appearance at the Glastonbury Festival when singer Damon Albarn lunges into a PA speaker which falls on his foot and severely injures him.

The Interpreters

The band released a full length album "Back In The U.S.S.A." on RCA Records in 1998, and performed at that year's Reading Festival.

The Weight of Your Love

To promote the album, the band will make a series of festival performances across the summer of 2013, including headlining slots at Werchter Festival and Lowlands Festival, as well as several festivals in the United Kingdom, such as the Glastonbury Festival, T in the Park and Reading Festival.

In 1989 Mean Fiddler took over the organisation of the Reading Festival; acts included New Order, The Pogues, The Wonder Stuff and The Sugarcubes.

The Feederz

A fan's post to the Nirvana newsgroup, alt.music.nirvana, revealed that Cobain had taken a bumper sticker from the Feederz' Teachers in Space LP and proudly stuck it on his all-black Fender Stratocaster, made famous at the 1991 Reading Festival (see Reading and Leeds Festivals) in England, where Nirvana performed with Sonic Youth.
