South Lampung Regency is a regency of Lampung, Sumatra, Indonesia, a strip of land lying between the provincial capital of Bandar Lampung and the Sunda Strait, as such its a major transit corridor to/from Java island.
It was formerly split into the City of Kupang (a kabupaten or regency-level administrative area) and four regencies (kabupaten); from west to east these are: Kupang, Timor Tengah Selatan (South Central Timor), Timor Tengah Utara (North Central Timor) and Belu.
