In April 2010 Kaiser signed a two-year contract with Regionalliga Nord side 1. FC Magdeburg, taking over managing duties on 1 July 2010.

He joined the club in 2011, and made 21 appearances in the Regionalliga Nord in the 2011–12 season, before his former Wolfsburg youth coach, Christian Benbennek, brought him to 3. Liga side SV Babelsberg 03.
Christopher Handke (born 14 February 1989 in Bad Frankenhausen) is a German footballer who plays for VfB Germania Halberstadt in the Regionalliga Nord.
After two years in the Regionalliga Nord, he signed for Arminia Bielefeld of the 3. Liga alongside team-mate Maximilian Ahlschwede, and made his debut on the opening day of the 2011–12 season, as a substitute for Johannes Rahn in a 2–1 defeat against VfB Stuttgart II.
Born in Montreal, Quebec, he helped FC St. Pauli gain promotion from the Regionalliga Nord to the 2. Bundesliga during the 2006–07 season, after being forced to sit out the prior season due to a broken leg.
The following season, he had appeared for the side on 19 occasions, now playing in Regionalliga Nord, before manager Bernd Hollerbach recommended him to Felix Magath's senior team.
Joy immediately became a fan favorite then won the Regionalliga Nord Championship with St. Pauli getting promotion to the German 2nd Bundesliga in his second season.
