Circus Diablo formed in 2006 with Camp Freddy guitarist Billy Morrison, The Cult's Billy Duffy, and Ricky Warwick - former member of The Almighty - meeting at Morrison's home and writing songs in his home studio.
New to the line up were vocalist Ricky Warwick of The Almighty and Def Leppard guitarist Vivian Campbell although the latter was subsequently replaced by Richard Fortus and then Damon Johnson.
