Cecil F. Poole (1914–1997), American lawyer and federal judge
After graduating from the Chicago Junior School, Rodwell attended Sullivan High School in Chicago, IL.
In addition to Sanders, three Johnson nominees to district judgeships were not voted on by the United States Senate before Johnson's presidency ended: David Bress to the United States District Court for the District of Columbia; Cecil F.
