Roger Marcellus Bobb is the President and CEO of Bobbcat Films a film and television production company based in Atlanta, GA.
Buergel received his education at the Institute of Contemporary Art (under Johannes Gachnang) at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna and subsequently worked as private secretary to Viennese activist Hermann Nitsch.
Milgrim has served on the boards of directors of Technip (a Paris-based NYSE-Euronext major international engineering firm, which is one of the CAC 40 public companies, the French equivalent of the Dow Jones Industrial Average), Coflexip-Stenna, and on the boards of not for profits, such as The Fulbright Association and The Brooklyn Hospital.

During this assignment, he was selected to become a member of the Civil Engineer Corps, and he would spend the next 22 years as an engineer with the Civil Engineer Corps.
