Kavara Rosa Kunyanda is a member of the Namibian parliament(National council), she is from the Kavango region, the Councillor of the Rundu Rural West constituency and a member of the SWAPO Party.
Prior to the 2010 local and regional election, the constituency was represented by Rosa Kavara of SWAPO, who took over for Herbert Shixwameni also of SWAPO.
