Navin Ramgoolam attended the Royal College Curepipe from 1960 to 1968 and proceeded to study medicine in Ireland where graduated as a medical practitioner in 1973.
The college built of blue basalt, resembled the Buckingham Palace, London with its characteristic symmetrical rectangular form.
