The team struggled a bit with the new equipment and series but they were generally on race pace with teammate Ryan Dalziel, who was let go from the team with two races remaining in the season.
He was dropped by the team and replaced by Mario DomÃnguez in September 2007, with two races of the season remaining.

In 2009 Zogaib became under investigation for operating a Ponzi scheme in which he reportedly conned Dalziel and his father out of US$550,000.
