SAE-DSCE: The SAE club in DSCE, founded by Shri Anand Bhate, is one of the largest student clubs by membership in India.
Bentele revolutionized the field of corporate engineering, research and development, and was chair of the SAE until his death on May 19, 2006.
It is the home to the corporate headquarters of Rue 21, American Eagle Outfitters, Joy Mining Machinery and SAE International, as well as the United States Postal Service Pittsburgh Network Distribution Center, one of 21 such mail delivery hubs in the country.

ARP4754 The Aerospace Recommended Practice (ARP) ARP4754A (Guidelines For Development Of Civil Aircraft and Systems ), is a guideline from SAE International, dealing with the development processes which support certification of Aircraft systems.
In their place, the DOD encouraged the use of industry standards, such as ISO 9000 series for quality assurance (see COTS), SAE standards such as the AS and AMS series (e.g., AS9100, AMS 2404), and others.
The ALMS was the first motorsport racing series in North America to be recognized by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (the EPA), the United States Department of Energy and the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE International) to be recognized as a "Green Racing Series", and these three will take part organizing the challenge.
