Services Inc. was created as an initiative on the regards of lack of many buses bound to SM City Fairview which was situated at Food Terminal Inc. (FTI) in Taguig City from the defunct HR Lines, where its latter's franchise was given to the Mahilac Group last 2006.
This is seen as a preparation for the opening of its newest rival, Ayala's Fairview Terraces, which is just in front of SM City Fairview's Main Building.
