Glyn Angell

Angell began his career in 1998 opposite Simon Callow in the Patrick Garland directed Chimes at Midnight at the Chichester Festival Theatre, he went on to appear in George Farquar's The Recruiting Officer, A String of Pearls and 'A Victorian Festival of Christmas.'

Les Bravades

In the 1990s, Rebecca Welles auctioned off the book, and the buyer had the full manuscript published as a picture book in November 1996 by Workman Publishing, with an afterword by Welles biographer Simon Callow.

London Oratory School Schola

In response, Actor Simon Callow threatened to resign as patron of a choir at the school in protest.

One notable exception occurred when Simon Callow made his West End debut in a version of Bürger Schippel (re-titled as The Plumber's Progress) alongside Harry Secombe in the 1970s.
