Sir Andrew Agnew, 7th Baronet (1793–1843), British MP for Wigtownshire 1830–1837
The fifth son of Sir Andrew Agnew of Lochnaw, 7th Baronet, he was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge, graduating in 1855.

In an 1899 by-election he was elected as the Member of Parliament for Edinburgh South, defeating Major-General A.G. Wauchope, but was defeated himself in the 1900 general election by Sir Andrew Agnew.
Lady Agnew was the subject of a famous portrait by John Singer Sargent.
