In 2005, she took part in Allsång på Skansen, a sing-along TV show from Skansen performing "Vårt liv i repris" from her album En ny stil i stan proving to be a turning point in her career.
A comparable specimen was on display in the open-air museum of Skansen, based on a photograph kept in the Detmold state archive.
The name "Skansen" has also been used as a noun to refer to other open-air museums and collections of historic structures, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe, but also in the United States, e.g. Old World Wisconsin and Fairplay, Colorado.

Ila is an area of Trondheim, Norway in the western part of the city centre, Midtbyen, limited by the river Nidelva in the south, Skansen in the north and Steinberget, Bymarka and Ilsvikøra in the west.
The entertainer, whose real name was Karl Peter Rosén, was famous for his stone — Jödde’s Stone — which can still be seen at the open air museum of Skansen in Stockholm's Djurgården park.
