In May 2011, the Smashing Pumpkins released a music video for there song "Owata" which featured wrestlers Shelly Martinez, Raven, and Cheerleader Melissa along with other wrestlers wrestling at an AAW event.

Alternative Nation

While the latter aired videos by more diverse artists, such as The Jesus and Mary Chain, Bronski Beat, New Order, The Replacements, The Verve, Weezer, Robyn Hitchcock, and Butthole Surfers, Alternative Nation focused primarily on the alternative hits of the day, including songs by Smashing Pumpkins, Nirvana, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, and Oasis.

Silver Griffin

In the summer of 2006, six months after their formation, the band spent a three month stint in Weed, California recording their first full length album with producer Sylvia Massy (Tool (band), Red Hot Chili Peppers, Prince, System of a Down, Smashing Pumpkins and Johnny Cash).

The album was self-produced, engineered, and mixed with assistance on percussion engineering from Chris Shepard (Smashing Pumpkins, Wilco, KMFDM) at Chicago Recording Company.

Spirits in the Sky

The band played six shows in California, playing songs Corgan had written for the new Smashing Pumpkins album, Teargarden by Kaleidyscope, as well as covers of songs by The Seeds, Pink Floyd, The Velvet Underground, Jethro Tull, Quicksilver Messenger Service, and others.
