Australian alternative rock band Something for Kate included an acoustic cover as a bonus track on their 2012 album Leave Your Soul to Science.

Adam Said Galore have toured nationally across Australia and have supported amongst others - Palace, Tortoise, Sandpit, Tren Brothers, Trans Am, The Kill Devil Hills, Mogwai, Something for Kate.
The band toured regularly with fellow Australian bands such as Powderfinger, You Am I and Something For Kate, and were the main support on Radiohead's OK Computer tour of Australia.
It was produced by Australian musician and Something For Kate frontman Paul Dempsey in Sydney, and was mixed by Dempsey and Rick Will.
The album features contributions from Martin Rotsey and Rob Hirst, as well as Paul Dempsey in Something for Kate on the track "Halfway Home", and was released through the Virgin Music label.
Song for a Sleepwalker was the second single to be released from the album The Official Fiction by Australian rock group Something for Kate.
Five of the album's ten songs were later covered for the 2007 tribute album Standing on the Outside: "You Got Nothing I Want" (Alex Lloyd), "Bow River" (Troy Cassar-Daley), "Forever Now" (Pete Murray), "Houndog" (You Am I) and "When the War is Over" (Something for Kate).
