Known for his freestyle skills on the microphone, Bushwalla has toured extensively throughout the U.S., independently releasing his album Ghetto Blaster, which features the likes of Spooner Oldham, Speechwriters LLC, and Jason Mraz’s rhythm section.
The companion documentary DVD on Image Entertainment premieres 1980 archival footage of Bob Dylan performing "When He Returns" and features interviews with Dylan musicians: Jim Keltner, Spooner Oldham, Regina McCrary, Fred Tackett, Terry Young, Mona Lisa Young and producer Jerry Wexler.

In addition to her Americana/Folk flavored albums, her catalog includes the all-acoustic Sing Me Out; Twang on a Wire, which features covers of songs made famous by female country artists of the 1960s and '70s; the piano-based 1000 Pound Machine; and two gospel CDs (Wandering Strange and For the Living of These Days) recorded at FAME Studios in Muscle Shoals with Spooner Oldham on keyboards.
