In the 2012–13 season GOŠK has made big success in the Croatian Cup reaching the quarter-finals where he was stopped by Lokomotiva Zagreb, in the first game played on Lapad, Lokomotiva was celebrated victory with a 1-0 while in the second leg at the Maksimir with no goals.
