Jo Gibb (born JoAnn Gibb on 18 April 1976, in Bo'ness, Scotland, UK) is a Scottish theatre actress best known for her role of Rumpleteazer in the Cats video and as Pearl the Observation Car in Starlight Express.

Some of her other theatre work includes Belle on Disney's Beauty and the Beast, at the Dominion Theatre, London; Columbia in the national tour of The Rocky Horror Show; and Pearl, in the final cast of Starlight Express at the Apollo Victoria Theatre.

His first professional job was in the roller-skating musical Starlight Express (1984) at the Apollo Victoria Theatre in London, where he played for about four years, firstly as 'Flat-Top' (he can be heard in the original-cast recording) and afterwards in the bigger role of Electra the Electric Train.
