The group released their debut single "Rokuko" on February 23, 2007 and on February 25, 2007, they officially debuted on SBS's Popular Songs, performing "Rokuko" and "First Express" with famous trot singer Bang Shilyi.

The single "Rokuko" was Korea's sixteenth best-selling record and the number one best-selling single of 2007, according to the Music Industry Association of Korea.

Yoona was a guest on SBS TV Family Outing which ended February 14, 2010, and a permanent cast member on Family Outing Season 2 with Yoon Sang-hyun, Kim Won-hee, Ji Sang-ryeol, Shin Bong-seon, Jang Dong-Min, Super Junior's Kim Heechul, 2AM's Jo Kwon and 2PM's Ok Taecyeon.
In 2011, during a solo concert (One of four named "Super Show 1, 2,3, and now 4") of highly popular South Korean Group, Super Junior, vocalist Cho Kyuhyun sang a cover of this song during the Seoul chapter of this concert that later went to North and South America, Europe, all of Asia, and Australia.
It stars Yesung of boy band Super Junior as villain "Jung Myung-soo", a servant-turned-interpreter.
It ran from 9 to 20 January at the Theater, starring actors Ji Hyun-woo, Kim Mu-yeol, Jung Tae-woo; as well as singers Leeteuk of Super Junior, Yoon Hak of Supernova, and Lee Hyun of 8Eight.

From 28 February to 21 June 2011, Yesung temporarily replaced band mate Eunhyuk as radio DJ partnering with Leeteuk on Super Junior's Kiss the Radio, while Eunhyuk was away on promotional activities for Super Junior-M's third EP Perfection.
Prior to debuting, Yoon also made an appearance in an intermission video from the Super Junior's Super Show 5 in 2013.
"Rock & Go", also known as "65" (in Japanese language represents Japanese terms for numbers six (roku) and five (go)), is Super Junior-T's second single and first Japanese CD single.
