Franz Vohwinkel

Vohwinkel drew the cover art for the book Dataware (1998) for TSR's Alternity game, and illustrated cards for the Magic: The Gathering collectible card game.

Robh Ruppel worked for TSR for several years beginning in 1992, producing cover and interior art for products from the Forgotten Realms, Dragonlance, and Ravenloft settings, among others.

Shambling mound

The shambling mound first appeared in the official newsletter of TSR Games, The Strategic Review #3, August 1975.

TSR, Inc.

Under the Blumes, the company ran into financial difficulties in 1984, and although Gygax managed to have the Blumes removed from the board of directors, they subsequently sold their shares to company manager Lorraine Williams, who succeeded in forcing Gygax out of the company at the end of 1985.

However, in an act many saw as retaliation, the Blumes sold their stock to Lorraine Williams.

That same year, TSR released a wargame based on Tom Clancy's novel The Hunt for Red October, which became one of the biggest selling wargames of all time.

Brian Blume

Bruce Heard

After working for two years as a translator (which also included coordinating outside translators who turned the games into German, Italian, and Spanish), Heard transferred to TSR's Games Division in July 1985 as an Acquisitions Editor, working with Jon Pickens.

CanGames

After flight trials at Gloster's the TSR.38 went to RAF Gosport where it made dummy carrier landing before joining HMS Courageous in August 1934 for real naval tests.

Since its hey-day, TSR moved on from dance music to releasing mostly new age and smooth jazz music in the 1990s under the name Baja/TSR Records, including several Billboard chart-ranked albums of Nuevo Flamenco guitar music by Armik, Young & Rollins, NovaMenco, Behzad, and Luis Villegas.
