The most recent incident took place in August 2011 when a number of Anti-Hallyu protestors referred to music groups such as Girls' Generation, DBSK and Kara as "cockroaches".
The agency was established to meet the management needs of Jaejoong, Junsu and Yoochun, then members of TVXQ, after the trio filed a lawsuit against their former record label, S.M. Entertainment.
