In 2008 he had works exhibited at the New Orleans Biennial, the Walker Arts Center, and the Liverpool Biennial at the Tate Liverpool.

The prize exhibition was held at the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art in Gateshead from 21 October 2011 to 8 January 2012, the first to be held outside London since the 2007 Turner Prize exhibition was held at Tate Liverpool, and the first time the exhibition has ever been held at a non-Tate venue.
He has shown work internationally in many important exhibitions including the 2002 Sydney Biennial, “Hollywood is a Verb” at Gagosian Gallery in New York, the 19th John Moore’s Painting Prize at the Walker Art Gallery in Liverpool, “Die Young Stay Pretty” at the ICA London, “Remix” at Tate Liverpool and “New Neurotic Realism” at the Saatchi Gallery in London.
Other destinations include the Kings Dock Arena and Conference Centre, the main shopping centre (including the Liverpool One retail development and tourist attractions such as St. George's Hall, Tate Liverpool, the Albert Dock and the World Museum and Walker Art Gallery.
