The game begins on Tatooine, Luke Skywalker's home planet, moves to the Death Star, travels to Hoth, and with an in-app purchase (or earning 3-stars on Tatooine/Death Star) goes to Dagobah, and ends up in Cloud City.
The playable areas for space content include ten space sectors: Tatooine (containing Lok), Naboo (containing both Naboo and its moon, Rori), Corellia (containing Corellia and Talus), Dantooine, Kashyyyk, Yavin, Endor, Dathomir, Kessel, and Deep Space.
Among these is the Anchorhead Story of Star Wars, which includes the famous "Biggs Scene", where Luke Skywalker and Biggs Darklighter talk on Tatooine, and a scene where Luke talks to his friends after witnessing the opening space battle.
As well as the Tatooine training missions, the player participates in the Battle of Hoth (from the Imperial point of view) and the Battle of Endor (as a Rebel).
The game follows the adventures of a young pilot known as Rookie One, a farmer from Tatooine in the style of Luke Skywalker.

Since HD 188753 Ab was believed to be orbiting in a multi-star system, Konacki referred to planets of this type as "Tatooine planets" after Luke Skywalker's home world.
Tataouine's name became famous when George Lucas, who filmed the original Star Wars film in various locations of Tunisia (for example, the Lars Homestead, filmed at the Hotel Sidi Driss in Matmata), named Luke Skywalker's fictional home planet Tatooine.
This is where George Lucas filmed part of Star Wars, and the city eventually influenced the naming of the home planet of the Skywalker family (Tatooine).
Two of the English voice actors, Jay Benedict and Garrick Hagon, had appeared in Star Wars (1977) portraying Deak and Biggs, two of Luke Skywalker's friends on Tatooine (though Hagon's role was reduced in editing and Benedict's scenes were cut altogether).
