Telly's Pop

In his outstanding two-year-old season, in addition to a win in the Haggin Stakes Telly's Pop won the 1975 Del Mar Futurity at Del Mar Racetrack followed by the Norfolk Stakes at Santa Anita Park, and then the California Juvenile Stakes at Bay Meadows Racetrack, all Grade II events that comprised the California Triple Crown for his age group.


Al Vermeer

Initially created as a Sunday, a daily version of Priscilla's Pop was soon added to the syndicate.

Bob MacDonald

He began his career with The Toronto Star in 1953 before moving to the Telly a few years later.

Boyd Estus

Again, Vine came second, beaten by Stewart Francis in the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2012 with the joke "Last night me and my girlfriend watched three DVDs back to back. Luckily I was the one facing the telly."

Zoe Gardner

In 2010 Zoe performed in Hoult's second solo show Enemy of the World and her own show An Hour of Telly Live alongside Margaret Cabourn-Smith both at the Edinburgh Festival.
