Archaeologists discovered the wax tablets there, and the lararium, or shrine, in his house features a relief depicting the Temple of Jupiter during the 62 AD earthquake.

The Portico Dii Consentes ("Portico of the Harmonious Gods"), sometimes known as the Area of the Dii Consentes, is located at the bottom of the ancient Roman road that leads up to the Capitol in Rome and to the Temple of Jupiter at its summit.
The term also describes the groups of three stones in the Hunebed tombs of the Netherlands and the three massive stones forming part of the wall of the Roman Temple of Jupiter at Baalbek, Lebanon.
On its hill are a medieval castle and a Benedictine convent, most likely built on the ruins of a temple of Jupiter.
