The album features appearances from Stradlin's former Guns N' Roses bandmate Duff McKagan and former Ju Ju Hounds' bandmate Rick Richards, also ex-of the The Georgia Satellites.
Keith Christopher went on to to join The Georgia Satellites, but was replaced as bass player in that band by Rick Price, guitarist for The Brains.
Yet, while the band felt they weren't making any progress on their musical path and had disbanded, their English manager, Kevin Jennings, took the demo to a small Yorkshire record label, Making Waves, who liked the material and released the demo as the Keep the Faith EP in 1985.

In 1991 Dunlap toured with ex-Georgia Satellites lead vocalist Dan Baird to promote the Baird's solo album, Love Songs for the Hearing Impaired.
In 2007, a reunited Dusters with Jeff Perkins recorded with Dan Baird (The Georgia Satellites) and released Dang! on Lucky Hand Records.
