8 unusual facts about Tim Bowness

Centrozoon

For their next stage of activity, centrozoon began working as a trio with the addition of No-Man singer Tim Bowness, making several appearances with this line-up in the UK in 2002 and shifting their musical focus towards tightly structured songs.

Reuter and/or Wöstheinrich have also collaborated (together and separately) with Ian Boddy, Robert Rich, and Nigel Mullaney, and both contributed to Tim Bowness’ 2004 solo album My Hotel Year.

While most of the centrozoon recordings have been made by the duo of Reuter and Wöstheinrich, the group has on two occasions expanded to a formal trio - the first featuring No-Man singer Tim Bowness for a set of vocal and song-based projects, the second featuring multi-instrumentalist Tobias Reber.

Richard Barbieri

During this period Barbieri also made two other collaborative albums, one with his wife Suzanne J. Barbieri under the name Indigo Falls (1996), and one with Tim Bowness from the band No-Man titled Flame (1994).

Stephen James Bennett

Since the Lahost split, Stephen has pursued music careers with his own band The Fire Thieves and worked with Tim Bowness (partner of Steven Wilson, in No-Man) and the band Henry Fool.
