The Murder Man is a 1935 crime-drama film starring Spencer Tracy, Virginia Bruce, and Lionel Atwill, and directed by Tim Whelan.
David Stewart Hull, in his 1969 study of Nazi films, pointed out that the film greatly resembles Farewell Again, a British film directed by Tim Whelan which was made the same year.
He was interested in music from an early age, meeting his main collaborators (Tim Whelan and Jim Irvin) when all three were in their teens.
