Capesthorne Hall

The current hall was built between 1719 and 1732 in the Tudor revival style, by the Smiths of Warwick and was altered in 1837 by Edward Blore.

Mayslake Peabody Estate

The entire complex features the Tudor Revival style 39-room Mayslake Hall, its retreat wing, and the Portiuncula Chapel, a replica of the Chapel of St. Francis in Assisi, Italy.

Oswego Lake

With the relative scarcity of building easements, lakefront property remains prestigious, and a number of architecturally significant homes have been built along its shores, including the Carl C. Jantzen Estate, a Tudor-style estate on the National Register of Historic Places, built on an island on the lake's north shore by the founder of the Jantzen swimwear company in 1930.

Royal Selangor Club

The building was later redesigned by architect Arthur Benison Hubback (who was notably credited for the design of the Kuala Lumpur Railway Station) and rebuilt in 1910, with two additional wings on either side of the main building and a Mock Tudor styling.
