From 1977 to 2001, Jones played 97 times for Wales, including six editions of the Women's Lacrosse World Cup from the inaugural edition in 1982 to 2001, being eligible for Scotland by birth, Wales by marriage and England by residence, after Scotland's selectors regarded her as possibly too old.
