Tim Armstead, of Elkview, West Virginia (born February 26, 1965) is a Republican politician from West Virginia, currently representing 32nd District (Kanawha County) in the West Virginia House of Delegates.
He then served as Assistant to West Virginia Governor Jay Rockefeller from 1981 to 1984 when he was appointed to the West Virginia House of Delegates in 1984 to fill a vacancy created by the death of Don Anello.
