The WCCC tournament was disbanded by the ILTF when the Australasian Championships was upgraded to major status for the start of 1924, as well as the United States Lawn Tennis Association (and with it, the US Championships to official major status) joining the governing body of the ILTF, also in 1924.

The term "World Championships" was dropped for good when the French Championships agreed to open its doors to international amateur tennis players from 1925 onwards, resulting in the World Hard Court Championships being disbanded.

In 1919 she won the World Covered Court Championship defeating Germaine Regnier Golding in the final in straight sets.
Her greatest triumph were her three titles in singles, doubles and mixed at the 1922 World Covered Court Championship at St. Moritz.
In 1913 she won the singles title at World Covered Court Championship in Stockholm, defeating Kate Gillou in the final in straight sets.
