XLR8 is composed of Arkin del Rosario, Carlo Lazerna, the identical twins MJ and MM Magno, Kiko Ramos, Caleb Santos, Aj Muhlach and Hideaki torio.
After matriculating from Bergvliet High School in 2004, he went on to receive a National Diploma in Coaching Science at ETA (Exercise Teachers Academy), as well as attending local and international conditioning courses such as XLR8 (NZ), Athletes' Performance (USA) and F-Marc FIFA 11+.
