Together with other Israeli doctoral students, among them Yossi Dahan and Yossi Bachar, he established groups on eight leading campuses.
Saporta founded in 2003 together with Yossi Dahan the alternative point of view Haokets (the Hebrew word for "the sting") which they conduct together.
The Keshet was founded in 1996 by a group of leading intellectuals, thinkers and artists, among them Prof. Yehouda Shenhav, Dr. Ishak Saporta, Dr. Yossi Dahan, Dr. Vicki Shiran, Dr. Henriette Dahan Kalev, Dr. Dolly Benhabib, Ms. Shosh Gabay, Prof. Yossi Yona, Hana Azoulay HaSfari and many others.
Dahan is the founder and editor of the alternative opinion website "Ha'Oketz" (The Sting), which he founded with his fellow scholar Ishak Saporta.
