Tuncer Őren (born ca. 1935 in İstanbul) is Turkish/Canadian systems engineer, professor emeritus of Computer Science at the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) of the University of Ottawa, Canada, and Director, The McLeod Modeling and Simulation Network (M&SNet) of the SCS.
