Addington, New Zealand

Addington was the home of the oldest blending plant in the Southern Hemisphere until it was demolished after sustaining some damage in the February 2011 Christchurch earthquake.

During the 2010 -2011 Christchurch earthquake's, Avondale was hit hard by damage to land and buildings due to Soil liquefaction, part of Avondale being put into the residential red zone.
