The 2013 African Women's Handball Cup Winners' Cup (29th edition), was an international handball tournament held in Hammamet, Tunisia from April 18 to 27 2013.


1958–59 in Belgian football

Standard Liège became the first Belgian club to win a match in European competition when they beat Hearts of Scotland on September 3, 1958 (5-1), in the first round of the 1958–59 European Champion Clubs' Cup.

1962 CONCACAF Champions' Cup

C.D. Guadalajara won that final, and became the first CONCACAF club champion.

1962–63 in English football

1970–71 in Belgian football

RFC Brugeois eliminated Kickers Offenbach of West Germany in the first round of the 1970–71 European Cup Winners' Cup (lost 1-2 away, won 2-0 at home) and FC Zürich of Switzerland in the second round (won 2-0 at home, lost 1-2 away).

Standard Club Liégeois beat Rosenborg BK of Norway in the first round of the 1970–71 European Champion Clubs' Cup (won 2-0 away, 5-0 at home) but lost in the second round to Legia Warsaw of Poland (won 1-0 at home, lost 0-2 away).

1993 CONCACAF Champions' Cup

All qualifying matches in the tournament were played under the home/away match system while the final tournament was played in a group system in Guatemala City

1994 CAF Super Cup

The match took place on 16 January 1994, on neutral stadium at First National Bank Stadium in Johannesburg, South Africa, between Egyptian clubs Zamalek, the 1993 African Cup of Champions Clubs winner, and Al-Ahly, the 1993 African Cup Winners' Cup winner.
