George Arthur Wynn (14 October 1886 in Treflach nr. Oswestry – 28 October 1966 in Abergele, Denbighshire) was a Welsh professional footballer who played as a forward for Oswestry United, Wrexham, Manchester City, Coventry City and Halifax Town.
He was born in Mtwara, Tanzania and educated at Loretto School in Mombasa, at the Handbridge School (Chester), the Heronwater School (Abergele), Sedbergh School and Emmanuel College, Cambridge.

It was founded in September 1965 to serve the Catholic population of the surrounding area, including towns such as Rhyl, Rhuddlan, Abergele, Prestatyn, Bodelwyddan, St Asaph, and Denbigh.
It contains the major settlements of Llandudno, Llandudno Junction, Llanrwst, Betws-y-Coed, Conwy, Colwyn Bay, Abergele, Penmaenmawr and Llanfairfechan, and has a total population of 115,000, the vast majority of which lives along the coast.
The school is the predominant Welsh language school in the area, and it serves pupils from a wide area including Abergele, Colwyn Bay, Betws yn Rhos, Conwy, Llandudno, Llanfairfechan, Llansannan, Penmaenmawr and Eglwysbach.
