Moreover his wife, Clothilde Breal, daughter of the linguist Michel Breal, was of Jewish origin and Clothilde Breal's cousin, Lise Bloch, was married to Léon Blum, the first Jew to become President du Conseil or Prime Minister in France.
Later he traveled to Europe to continue his training in France, Italy and Ukraine with renowned teachers such as Catherine Thibone, Minique, Debus, Ugo Cidivino, Sergei Polusmiak, Vlado Perlemuter, great student of Maurice Ravel, Sergei Polusmiak and Alfred Cortot, with the pianistic tradition of V. Horowitzt.
It was Alfred Cortot who gave him the idea of composing a piano concerto during his visit to Turkey, after listening to his Quartet.

He started studying piano in Bougival at the age of seven with Nicolle Mollard, a former student of Alfred Cortot.
Besides a large selection of mélodies by Fauré, Duparc, Saint-Saëns, Caplet and many others, including German Lieder, Panzéra made a celebrated complete album of Schumann's Dichterliebe with Alfred Cortot at the piano in 1935.
He studied piano and composition at the conservatory of Lausanne, particularly with Denise Bidal and Hans Haug, and later in Paris in the École Normale de Musique with Alfred Cortot, Henri Dutilleux and Nadia Boulanger.
Furthermore, in 1997 he was awarded the Diplôme Supérieur d’Exécution at the Alfred Cortot École Normale de Musique de Paris.
