Dear Jack is a 2009 American documentary film starring Andrew McMahon, the vocalist, pianist and primary songwriter for the bands Something Corporate and Jack's Mannequin.
Some artists that recorded songs featured on this album (and show) are Gavin DeGraw, Fall Out Boy, and Audioslave, as well as leukemia survivor Andrew McMahon and his band, Jack's Mannequin.
The band has played regularly at The Hotel Café and has opened for Andrew McMahon of Jack’s Mannequin and Something Corporate.
Andrew McMahon also covered "Sister Golden Hair" as a bonus track to his first solo EP, The Pop Underground.
Anthony Green sang backup vocals on the song "Bleed, Everyone's Doing It", and Andrew McMahon played keyboards in the re-recorded version of the song "Saved", a song originally recorded for the soundtrack of the motion picture, Superman Returns.
