Soon after its inception, Atul established three joint venture companies with the then leading multi-national companies in the world, namely, Cyanamid India Ltd (1947) with American Cyanamid, Atic Industries Ltd (1955) with Imperial Chemical Industries plc and Cibatul Ltd (1960) with Ciba-Geigy Ltd.
