But Abbasgulu Bakikhanov states that he wished to rule Shirvan as vassal of Safavids therefore sent his son Burhan Ali Mirza to court of shah, but failed to be successful in his rebellion.
Meanwhile, he begin the reunification of the Turkish Anatolia, conquering the beyliks of Aydin, Saruhan in 1390, the beyliks of Mentese, Germiyan and Kastamonu in 1391; and finally the great emirate of Karaman and the ex-emirate of Burhan-ad-Din in Tokat, Sivas and Kayseri(1397–98).

Muhammad Shah was very pleased with his service and gave him the title of "Burhan-ul-Mulk".

However, more accurately, the reference is found in Medieval and Modern history, when Nawab Saadat Ali Khan, Burhan-ul-Mulk was given the charge of the Subah of Awadh around 1722 by the Mughal Court.
The festival has featured Oriental musicians such as Indian flautist Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia, sitarists Pandit Ravi Shankar and Anoushka Shankar, the Japanese giant drum ensemble "Kodô", the Tuvinian guttural singers "Huun-Huur-Tu", Tibetan Buddhists monks of Gyuto and Gyume monasteries, the Turkish percussionist Burhan Öçal, the Armenian dudukist Jivan Gasparyan, and the Azeri muqam singer Alim Qasimov.
Shah Nasir ud din or Shah Nasir Alla Kadar was instructed by Said ud din of Delhi to accompany Burhan ud din to the Dakhan on a religious mission.

It appears more probable however, that Burhan ud din succeeded the sultan ul mashaikh as kaliph, and that he emigrated to the Dakhan when sultan Muhammad bin Tughluq transferred the capital from Delhi to Daulatabad.
The orchestra has performed in the Perth Concert Hall and Quarry Amphitheatre, and has performed with Australian artists Deborah Rogers, Sonja D'Anne and Fiona Coad, under the direction of conductors Burhan Güner, Donna Taylor and Samuel Parry.
